Orders and Shipping

Order after finishing the production process would be handled by our partners’ shipping carrier and they are typically delivered within 5 to 8 business days in the US. International orders can take an additional 1 to 2 weeks due to transit time.

Click My Account on the Menu bar, enter a valid email address and password (at least twelve characters long) to create an account.

You do not have to be a member to purchase a product., please save your order number to track your order.

If you created an account when placing your order, you can track your order in the My Account section

If not, you can click Order Tracking on the Menu bar, enter your order number along with the email address you used to place the order.

We work with a credit card vendor to process all of our transactions. All of the credit card information is managed within their system and we are unable to see credit card details in your account.

Our prices are inclusive of tax and we do not charge any additional fees.

In some cases, products in the order may be manufactured and shipped by different factories. Therefore, the order may include two packages and may not arrive at the same time.

If a product is delivered to a customer, whether in electronic or printed format, that is electronically or physically damaged in some way, Goatstee will happily contact the manufacturer to issue a replacement copy of the product after receiving reasonable proof of that damage.

We are sorry to hear we have sent you an item that is different from what you have ordered!

Please start with double-checking your order confirmation to see what you ordered. If you have not received the ordered product please contact us by using the button “CONTACT US” further down this page, and we will do everything we can to correct our mistake.

If you have accidentally ordered the wrong product, you can, of course, change the product by returning it back to us and placing a new one on the desired product!

This is not the usual Goatstee experience, but accidents can sometimes happen during shipping too. If your order arrived damaged, please Contact US via our request form within three (3) days of receiving your order, so that we can find the best solution for you. Make sure to include the following:

  • an image of the damaged product as well as the damaged packaging
  • order ID number

Changing the address in the My Account section cannot change your shipping address.

Your order is held for two hours after it is placed to allow for any necessary changes to billing/shipping addresses or item sizes and colors. Please contact us immediately to inform us about the change
If your order has already been printed and shipped, unfortunately, changes cannot be made to it.

PayPal refunds will be instantly credited back to the PayPal account used for the original payment, but credit card refunds can take up to one billing cycle for the funds to appear back in your account. This can take three to four weeks, though it usually doesn’t take that long.

If your refund still hasn’t been applied after you receive your next bill, please let us know via the Contact Us page and we’ll be happy to resolve that for you.
